Guaranteed Bookings
To ensure your artisanal stay is secured, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay will be processed to confirm your arrival.
Cancellation Terms
We understand plans change. For a full refund of your deposit, please provide notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will forfeit the initial deposit.
Check-in & Check-out
Our curated experience begins with check-in at 12:00 PM. To allow us to prepare our spaces to the highest editorial standards, check-out is requested by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Late requests are subject to availability.
No-Smoking & Pet Policy
To maintain a refined environment for all guests, Elegant Stays is a smoke-free establishment. We welcome well-behaved small pets in designated rooms; please contact our concierge prior to booking for full pet participation details.
