FourPoints Lodges is a growing hospitality brand known for comfort, elegance, and exceptional guest experiences. As we expand our footprint and elevate our service offerings, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.

 

About the Role

The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives that increase bookings, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the visibility of FourPoints Lodges across local and international markets. This role requires a confident communicator with strong hospitality instincts and a passion for building relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings and corporate partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities, including travel agencies, NGOs, corporate clients, and event planners.

• Manage digital and offline sales channels to maximize occupancy.

• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and brand messaging.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

• Represent FourPoints Lodges at industry events, expos, and networking activities.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or customer relations (hotel industry experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and digital marketing is an added advantage.

• Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor.
